Work experience

From co-founding a startup to consulting and technical leadership - the roles that shaped how I work.

Human Risks

Technical Lead building multi-tenant security risk management tools with Azure, Angular, and .NET.

Full-time Technical Lead
mar. 2025 – now

I lead the technical side of the company: architecture decisions, code quality, developer SOPs, and ISO 27001/9001 compliance. Together with the heads of product and CS and the CEO, I shape the technical roadmap and help translate business priorities into engineering direction. I manage a team of 5 developers, run scrum, handle the tech budget, and attend customer calls for onboarding, upsell, and retention.

On the engineering side, I contribute to the codebase directly alongside the team, built out CI/CD pipelines covering tests, linting, merge checks, and deployments, wrote technical debt migration plans, and investigated server and vendor changes that cut the cloud bill by ~10%. I also moved the team from Azure DevOps to Linear and set up automation flows that improved day-to-day flow for both the dev team and customer success.

The product is a multi-tenant GRC platform built on Azure, Angular, and .NET, covering risk assessments, incident reporting, business continuity, and crisis management. Used by enterprise clients like IKEA, HSBC, and Maersk.

Solita DK

Software consultant at a digital services firm, building and migrating .NET, Vue, and Laravel solutions for clients in finance and the public sector.

Full-time Consultant
aug. 2023 – mar. 2025

Solita is a digital consulting firm working across finance, government, and manufacturing. I worked as a consultant, embedded in client teams and shipping production systems.

I modernized a Vue 2 admin platform to Vue 3 and built .NET backends for a Danish financial institution (6 submodules), migrated a legacy Laravel 7 app to Laravel 10 for a government client, and cut hosting costs ~28% by moving legacy IaaS workloads to Azure PaaS. I also helped integrate AI tooling into a couple of systems, set up IaC with Terraform, and maintained GitHub Actions pipelines across projects.

Homerunner

Built Laravel microservices and Flutter features for a multi-carrier logistics platform connecting 8,000+ businesses across Europe.

Full-time Part-time Mobile App
jun. 2022 – aug. 2023

Homerunner is a logistics platform connecting 8,000+ businesses across Europe to 80+ carriers, covering parcel shipping, B2B logistics, and container freight. I worked on the backend, building and maintaining Laravel microservices in the routing and carrier integration layer.

I designed route optimization algorithms, integrated Elasticsearch for better data retrieval, and built a searchable logging dashboard using Vue and Laravel. Also contributed to the Flutter mobile app, automated parts of the DevOps pipeline, and ran an internal course on testable and scalable code architecture.

Graitor

Co-founded and led the technical side of an app rewarding sustainable can-and-bottle collection, scaling to 30k users.

Full-time Part-time Mobile App
apr. 2019 – may 2022

Graitor is a startup built around incentivizing sustainable behavior, specifically "panting", collecting and returning empty cans and bottles. Users earn points for it, which they can redeem for discounts, experiences, and merch.

I joined early as a consultant before becoming CTO and co-founder. I led all technical strategy, managed the engineering team, and architected the platform that scaled to 30,000 registered users and 100+ vendor clients.

Freelance developer

Developed games, websites, and apps for small businesses. Not taking on new work.

Part-time Freelance
sep. 2018 – aug. 2020

I took on projects across game development, websites, and apps, mostly for small and mid-sized businesses. Good experience working directly with clients, managing timelines, and delivering on my own.

I'm not taking on freelance work anymore.

Game development teacher

Taught game development to high school students at Gamelab Aalborg, covering programming, design, and sound.

Part-time Teaching
sep. 2018 – mar. 2022

Gamelab is a youth activity in Aalborg for people interested in game development. I've been part of it since 2015. In 2018 I started teaching high school students there, covering programming, design, graphics, sound, and time management.
